Appointments & Cancellations

We strive to provide timely care for all our patients. To help us serve everyone efficiently:

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice.

• Missed appointments without prior notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Insurance & Billing

Reddy Foot & Ankle accepts most major insurance plans. However, coverage can vary depending on your provider and plan:

• Patients are responsible for verifying their insurance coverage before their visit.

• Copays, deductibles, and any non-covered services are due at the time of the appointment.

• We offer clear, itemized billing and are happy to assist with insurance claims if needed.

Payment Policies

We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and health savings account (HSA) cards. For patients without insurance, we offer self-pay pricing and can provide estimates in advance.

Past-due balances should be settled promptly to avoid disruptions in ongoing care. Payment plans may be available upon request for those with financial hardship.

Privacy & Patient Information

We respect your privacy and are fully compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA):

• Your medical records and personal information are kept confidential.

Scope of Practice

Our providers are trained and certified in podiatric medicine and surgery. Reddy Foot & Ankle specializes in diagnosing and treating conditions of the foot, ankle, and lower extremity. While we make every effort to offer comprehensive treatment options, certain complex conditions may require referral to a specialist.
